Level IV
February 10, 2010Well, it’s really hard to sum up Level IV with a short post. I will do my best… here is a great link to see some pictures, and read Paul’s words http://www.paulcheksblog.com/index.php/archive/c-h-e-k-level-4-advanced-training/
It was during this training we took an indepth look into why people are not healing. Are you a person who has seen many doctors, therapists, trainers, and nutritionists with no results? Or help with your current condition?
Through this class we learned a multitude of new modalities to begin working with clients who are dealing with this exact scenario. The class was a wonderful environment for self healing. We touched on Native American Traditions, Chakra systems, and Energy work. This time allowed us to develop an enhanced connection with our intuition.
What a beautiful experience. Please feel free to contact me with comments, questions about my experience or a consultation.
Being the only CHEK Practitioner in Baltimore definitely has its benefits.. I’m not sure if you’ve heard. But we are having one HECK of a winter. This is the most snow I’ve ever seen fall in Maryland.
Today is a perfect day to stay warm, read, watch “The Future of Food”, and hangout with J & Lucy. Flawless… Till next time

US LACROSSE CONVENTION
January 19, 2010Speaking at the US LACROSSE CONVENTION WAS A GREAT HONOR
This was a large event, and I am so honored to play a part.
It was great to give 2 lectures at this event. I had a great turn out. I spoke on Scientific Sports Performance, and Keys to Nutrition and Lifestyle. I definitely touched on subject matter that challenged the audience to think outside of the box. Feel free to contact me if you would like to know more details about the topics.
The lectures were both 2 hours long, man it was hard to stay with in those limits. I found myself going over, doing Q & A with the audience afterwards. There were great coaches, and players who attended.
Now off to my next adventure. Tomorrow I will be headed to California for CHEK Practitioner Level 4 training. I am going into this not expecting, and ready for anything & everything this course will bring. Stay tuned for more posts… CHEERS
Wrapping up 2009.. In coming 2010
January 14, 20102009 was an incredible year. One of my highlights was speaking at the Powered by Me! Conference with Nick Markakis, and Senator Elijah Cummings. I gave a lecture on how High School Students can Enhance Performance through smart exercise selection, sleep, and smart nutrition. It was a great event, thanks goes out to St. Joseph Medical Center, Powered By Me! (www.poweredbymemd.com), and the Director Mike Kimball.
It was also during 2009 that I became part of the EFI Sports Medicine & Total Gym family. I traveled out to California to spend time with Tom & Joy Companaro and the rest of the Trainers. It is great to be part of this Organization and teaching classes for them for Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Post Rehabilitation. The Total Gym played a huge part in my rehab from various shoulder, and knee injuries. Check out http://www.efisportsmedicine.com/gravity-clubhouse/ and sign up for Free Updates!
